Begun Bhaja or Baingan Recipe
Side Bengali dish for In just 5 easy steps
Ingredients
- 1 large eggplant
- 1 tbps chilli powder
- 1/2 tbps turmeriv powder
- 1 tbps garam masala powder
- Rice flour & salt as required
- Oil for fry
How to make
- Rinse well and dry with kitchen towel and cut into 1/2 inch thick and round
- Now add all the spices powders and salt and mix the slices well
- keep it for 5 mins
- Now heat oil in a frypan and take rice flour in a plate, coat each slice with rice flour and remove extra dust off
- Now fry the Baingan slices till crisp and golden brown both side Serve Baingan Bhaja hot with Rice, Roti, Paratha or with naans
