Ingredients 

• 1 large eggplant
• 1 tbps chilli powder
• 1/2 tbps turmeriv powder
• 1 tbps garam masala powder
• Rice flour & salt as required
• Oil for fry

How to make 

• Rinse well and dry with kitchen towel and cut into 1/2 inch thick and round
• Now add all the spices powders and salt and mix the slices well
• keep it for 5 mins
• Now heat oil in a frypan and take rice flour in a plate, coat each slice with rice flour and remove extra dust off
• Now fry the Baingan slices till crisp and golden brown both side                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Serve Baingan Bhaja hot with Rice, Roti, Paratha or with naans
